Order Processing
How long does it take to process my order? Orders placed weekdays before 5pm are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping
At Pink Pups, we are committed to delivering high-quality pet accessories to our customers across the UK and internationally.
UK Shipping:
- We offer standard shipping within the United Kingdom, with orders typically arriving within 3-5 business days from the date of order processing.
- For those who need their items sooner, we provide expedited shipping options. Please refer to checkout for pricing and delivery estimates.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays and appreciate that this can be frustrating for our customers.
- We do ask when an order arrives late due to postal delays that you let us know so that we can feedback to the courier.
International Shipping:
- While we primarily serve customers within the UK, we also offer international shipping to the USA, Canada, Australia and Europe.
- International orders may take longer to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing times.
- Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
- We are not responsible for delays due to shipping which includes customs delays.
- All orders are sent using a tracked mail service.
Tracking Information:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
At Pink Pups, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Personalised or customised items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us using the contact form or emailing us at hello@pinkpups.com to request a return authorisation.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with any accessories or documentation.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees will be deducted before your refund is applied.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please contact your bank to find out how long they will take to process the refund.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement. We can only replace items that arrived damaged. All items are quality checked before shipping.
