At Pink Pups, your pet's safety and comfort are our top priorities. Before using our products, please familiarize yourself with our safety and usage guidelines. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to the following terms.

Safety Notice
Our products are designed exclusively for use with domesticated dogs. It is important to consult with a qualified veterinarian or dog trainer to determine the most suitable products for your pet. Certain health conditions or medical issues may render our products unsuitable for your dog. Remember, our accessories are meant to complement your dog's attire and are not designed to manage aggressive behavior or behavioral issues. Additionally, these products are not toys and should not be accessible to children or pets due to potential choking hazards from small parts.

Do not allow pets to wear these products while sleeping or swimming.
Ensure that products are fitted correctly, avoiding overly tight or loose adjustments.

Always supervise your dog when they are using any Pink Pups product.
Collars should not be used for dogs that pull excessively or have delicate tracheas. Seek professional guidance to find the best products for such dogs.
Our harnesses are for walking and are not intended for behavioral correction.
Avoid using any broken or damaged collars, harnesses, or leashes. Regularly inspect for signs of wear and tear.

Refer to our size guide before purchasing, as our sizing may differ from other brands.

Wear and Tear
Our products are crafted from high-quality materials and have undergone testing by our manufacturer. Despite this, normal wear and tear can occur, and our products are not indestructible. Colours may fade over time, and continuous use can lead to deterioration. Always inspect products for wear and tear before use to ensure your dog's safety. Follow the provided washing instructions for each product.

Faulty Products
Each item is thoroughly checked before dispatch and during packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product upon arrival to ensure it is in perfect condition and suitable for their dog, as we cannot be responsible for damages that occur during postal transit. Always check items for safety and functionality before each use.

If you receive a faulty item that was not damaged in transit, contact us immediately at hello@pinkpups.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and photographs. We will arrange a replacement if possible.

Should a defect arise within the first 28 days of receipt, contact us immediately at hello@pinkpups.com with your order number, details of the fault, and photographs. We will provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Claims for faulty items after 28 days will only be addressed if all product tags are attached and the product has not been used.

We aim to respond within 5 working days. Replacement items are subject to stock availability.

Colour and Pattern Variations
Our products are designed with care and attention to detail. Due to the crafting process, each item may vary in pattern distribution and placement. Colors may also appear different on screens and in photographs compared to in person.
